Tell us your flight route, travel date and what happened. We give an initial indication, not a promise of compensation.
If your claim looks promising, we explain our fee, request relevant evidence and provide the terms before you decide to proceed.
After suitable authorization and verification, our team can pursue the claim where the airline's process permits it.

Illustrative UK261 amounts before any service fee, not an eligibility decision. Your route, actual arrival delay, airline and cause of disruption must be checked. Extraordinary circumstances may exclude compensation. You may claim directly with the airline for free.
